- Strong research and drafting skills
- A proactive approach to client service and internal collaboration
- Familiarity with FEMA, Customs, GST or Arbitration (a plus)

- Assist in advisory and litigation matters across our core practice areas
- Draft opinions, submissions and internal notes with clarity and precision
- Engage with clients and authorities in a professional, solution-oriented manner
How to apply
The application asks for your details and two written exercises, uploaded as files:
- Ten grounds to challenge an order passed by the High Court on the administrative side, naming the forum for the challenge
- Fifteen grounds to challenge an order passed by the Directorate of Enforcement under Section 37A(1) of FEMA, naming the forum for the challenge
